Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health is optimized through expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help foster a positive patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional dental services in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general dentistry procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy using advanced dental techniques and equipment.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, dental diagnosis, and treatment planning aligned with healthcare diagnosis standards.
Utilize dental software Dentrix for accurate documentation of medical records and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols rigorously to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
Communicate clearly with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering a welcoming environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, medical imaging techniques, anatomy knowledge, and current best practices in dentistry.

Experience

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards for accurate recordkeeping.
Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques essential for safe clinical practice.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively while providing compassionate care.
