Full Job Description

Role Description The Accounting Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Easley, SC. responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and office administration. This role includes managing bookkeeping activities, preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and coordinating financial reporting to leadership. The individual will process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data. Additional responsibilities include organizing office records, coordinating with external vendors or service providers, and collaborating with attorneys, lenders, and stakeholders on real estate transactions. The Accounting Office Manager will collaborate with management to provide clear financial insights, improve processes, and support smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Full-Cycle Accounting Experience
Ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements and perform Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Experience with accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, or similar platforms).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in an office environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated reliability, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
Prior experience in an office management or accounting role is beneficial.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
