Full Job Description

Butler Foods is pleased to announce the addition of a new position on our team. We have been experiencing growth and need to add an Office Manager to our staff. As a local food distribution company that has been in this area for 33 years, we hope to find a talented individual that will help us maintain our high standard of customer service for years to come.

We are a family-owned, small business with an old-fashioned value system. Our care for our employees and passion for their success is the basis for all that we provide in an employment package. On our staff, an employee is not a number but rather a professional respected for their contribution, expertise, and skills. The small format of our office allows us to get to know each other well as we work together.

The Office Manager will serve as the leader of our office staff and oversee all of our weekly tasks and routines such as AP, AR, order processing, price maintenance, and office organization. After training and some experience, the Office Manager will be our resident guru of the computer system and handheld technologies that we use to run the business. Additionally, this position will support our executives by assisting with various projects and tasks including clerical support of HR.

Natural organizer/planner
Productive with numerous responsibilities
Adept at numbers/math
Eager to learn
Practiced in customer service

This position is full-time, salaried. Compensation varies based on experience. Benefits include: paid vacation, paid personal days, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, retirement savings match program.
