We're Hiring: Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator

Starved Rock Harley-Davidson is looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer & Event Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for bringing the Starved Rock Harley-Davidson brand to life through exciting events, engaging social media, creative graphic design, and community involvement. You'll lead the planning and execution of dealership events while creating eye-catching marketing materials that keep customers excited and engaged.

This position also plays an important role in maintaining our online showroom by photographing motorcycles and ensuring inventory listings are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Design eye-catching marketing materials including flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, in-store signage, email graphics, and branded collateral while maintaining Harley-Davidson brand standards.
Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events including bike nights, grand openings, charity rides, vendor events, customer appreciation days, test ride experiences, and seasonal promotions.
Work closely with the Marketing Director and General Manager to develop creative campaigns, promotional strategies, and community outreach initiatives.
Coordinate event logistics including vendor communication, sponsorships, timelines, setup and breakdown, supplies, budgets, and community partnerships.
Capture and edit photos and videos during events and throughout the dealership for use across social media, digital advertising, and email marketing.
Photograph new and pre-owned motorcycles and assist with uploading and maintaining accurate inventory listings on the dealership website.
Manage Starved Rock Harley-Davidson's social media presence with consistent, engaging content.
Build and maintain a monthly marketing calendar featuring events, promotions, inventory highlights, and dealership campaigns.
Track marketing performance including event attendance, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Support Sales, Service, and Parts & MotorClothes with promotional materials, signage, and internal marketing requests.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, event coordination, or digital content creation preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva required.
Photography experience and basic photo editing skills preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and dealership staff.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends for dealership events.
Passion for motorcycles, powersports, or the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is a plus, but not required.
