Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

To provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manages all phases of construction projects from start to finish
Coordinates all materials and/or equipment need at jobsites
Accept responsibility for adhering to project schedule and budget
Anticipate and report all issues relating to possible schedule or budget slippage to office personnel
Resolve schedule conflicts between customers and suppliers/vendors to avoid delay or disruption of project
Monitor work on all construction projects assuring that the methods and delivery of the work meet the Company standards and are in conformance with specific design and quality objectives set forth for each job
Manages all field workers, including laborers and foreman
Coordinates schedules for all field workers
Approve and submit weekly timecards
Enforces Company behavior standard
Perform customer relations activities and promote teamwork with customer and other employees
Assures a safe environment for employees and the general public
Oversee and coordinate weekly safety meetings
Maintain and keep current all construction documents (i.e. change orders)
Turn in all purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to office personnel
Perform duties and responsibilities of managing field personnel (including but not limited to disciplining, terminating, and managing)
Perform other assignments as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingual
OSHA 10 Hour or OSHA 30 Hour
10 years experience as a Masonry Superintendent
Clean driving record (will be required to obtain an MVR)
Must be authorized to work in the USA
