Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team and drive our procurement and media purchasing strategies. As a Buyer, you will play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing media campaigns across various platforms to maximize marketing effectiveness. Your expertise will ensure that our advertising investments deliver measurable results, aligning with our overall marketing goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand growth through strategic media buying and market research, all while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Procure raw materials, components, and services in alignment with production schedules and inventory targets
Evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings
Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and responsiveness
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure material requirements are met
Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP systems (purchase orders, pricing, lead times)
Analyze market trends, supply risks, and cost drivers to inform purchasing strategies
Manage inventory levels to balance cost control with operational continuity
Resolve supply chain disruptions and expedite critical orders as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
2–5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP/MRP systems

Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in chemical, battery, or industrial manufacturing
Familiarity with global sourcing and international suppliers
APICS or CPSM certification

Work Environment

Office and manufacturing floor setting
May require occasional travel to supplier sites
