Job Title: Marketing & Operations Support Specialist (Intern / Part-Time)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hybrid / Remote)

Our flagship brand, ULTRALOQ, is a leading name in smart lock technology, delivering cutting-edge, secure, and future-proof access solutions to millions of users. As we prepare for major next-generation product rollouts, including our upcoming Aliro-certified and Matter-compatible smart lock launches across premier North American retail channels like The Home Depot, we are expanding our agile team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Support Specialist to help coordinate our upcoming retail launches, manage ecosystem partner assets, and streamline cross-border organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Retail Launch Coordination

· Retail Activation Support: Assist in coordinating marketing collateral, digital assets, and in-store display materials for premium retail accounts (e.g., The Home Depot).

· Ecosystem Asset Management: Maintain and update co-marketing digital bundles, asset folders, and promotional calendars with strategic smart home partners (e.g., Samsung SmartThings).

· Content & Listing Optimization: Help monitor and update online retail listings (A+ content) with accurate product claims, compatibility matrices, and video assets.

2. Cross-Border Operations & Admin Support

· Ecosystem Tracking: Maintain internal tracking sheets and documentation (such as product interoperability matrices) across our regional and global engineering teams.

· Event & Conference Logistics: Assist with scheduling, material preparation, and administrative logistics for major domestic and international tech conferences and industry summits.

· Meeting Coordination: Help manage calendar invites, prepare brief presentation slides, and document action items for high-priority meetings involving executive leadership, strategic partners, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field.

· Organizational Mastery: Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to keep multiple spreadsheets, folders, and timelines meticulous and up to date.

· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail (grammar, branding consistency, and clear messaging).

· Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Slack, and project management apps).

· Ecosystem Interest: A genuine curiosity or passion for smart home ecosystems, IoT technology, or consumer hardware.

· Global Mindset: Experience or high comfort level collaborating across diverse, cross-border teams and varying time zones.
