Job Title: Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant

Maple Grove, MN

Full-Time

Pay:

$18.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Three-day weekends every week (office closed Fridays)

Work Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Our office is closed on Fridays, but you'll still receive a guaranteed 40-hour paycheck.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a practice dedicated to helping patients live healthier, more active lives through natural chiropractic care.

In this role, you'll be the first friendly face our patients see while also assisting with light clinical responsibilities. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team. Main Responsibilities:

Front Desk

Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Schedule and reschedule appointments.
Check patients in and out.
Collect patient payments.
Perform general administrative and front desk duties.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

Clinical Support

Prepare and position patients on the decompression table before treatment.
Assist with patient flow throughout the day.
Support the doctors and team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
