Job Description

Mental Health Specialists of Pocatello and Blackfoot, Idaho are currently looking for a capable, talented, one of a kind, experienced Administrative Assistant to lift our company to new heights. We have a full-time position open in POCATELLO, ID. We at Mental Health Specialists strive to be a family of individuals who work toward a common goal, simply to provide the best level of care possible to our clients and the greater community.

Administrative Duties:

Candidates must have proficiency in the following areas:

Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
Typing 40+ words per minute
collecting co-pays
Handling phone calls and client check-in
Managing several schedules
Multi-tasking while working in our fast-paced office
Windows and online navigation
Team player

Job Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required
Must be highly organized
EHR experience preferred
Ability to pass a Background Check
Must be 21 years old or older
Must display competency with windows/office software.

My name is Ric Boyce, owner of Mental Health Specialists. Our company is one of the largest mental health clinics in Pocatello with over 20 practitioners of various backgrounds.

As a clinic we work as a unified multidisciplinary treatment team. I feel this level of collaboration and communal expertise sets us apart from our competitors. Our tight integration of medication management, psychological testing, in office and community psychotherapies, CBRS, respite, case management and peer supports have enabled us to achieve a level of care that has garnered a reputation in Southeastern Idaho for excellence and professionalism.

We approach every client as unique and we tailor their services to his/her specific needs. We work closely with our community organizations to assure the highest possible level of care. Also, we never simply turn people away for their need being too great, nor for an inability to pay.

When a new member joins our team, we add invaluable knowledge and experience that further enhances our ability to work with all members of our community. As an owner I know that the only way to provide exceptional care to our clients we must enable employees to feel supported both financially and in life.
