Full Job Description

Diagnostic Imaging Services of Idaho is seeking a dynamic, full-time front office coordinator. Candidates shall demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive team based attitude to provide patients with an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

The primary responsibility of the Front Office Coordinator is to assure an exceptional patient experience. Duties will include patient scheduling and document management, managing incoming calls, organization and support for office staff. This person will work with a variety of individuals on our staff, as well as physician offices and insurance companies.

Qualifications and Skills

Exceptional Interpersonal skills and Customer Service Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Positive, team centered attitude
Detail Oriented
Excellent computer skills
Adaptable personality that strives for continuous improvement in systems and procedures.
Medical office experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to handle multiple details at one time, including phones, computer system and face to face interactions.
