Full Job Description

OFFICE HOURS: Mon-Thurs, 8AM-4PM

General Description:

Provides administrative and office support within a church office setting, assisting with communications, social media activities, and daily operations. This position requires organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Demonstrated experience in general office work, including use of office systems and equipment.

· Minimum 2 years computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet, and data entry. MS Office and Canva experience required. Website updating experience preferred.

· Minimum 1 year reception experience, including use of multi-line phone system.

· Experience in social media management or coordination preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to edit and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence for grammatical accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.

· Demonstrated experience and proficiency in general problem solving.

· Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.

· Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

· Detail oriented.

· Creative, with an eye for graphics.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
