Full Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Company: Amarte Skin Care

Location: Downtown Redding, CA - In-office position

Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: Amarte Skin Care, a dermatologist-created luxury skincare company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our headquarters and fulfillment center in Downtown Redding.

This is an operations and customer service based role, not a clinical or patient care position. The position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing skin care company, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, purchasing, customer service, office administration, and occasional marketing and social media support.

Occasional travel is a required part of this position. Team members represent Amarte at skin care industry trade shows and events throughout the United States, assisting with booth setup, product demonstrations, customer engagement, and event logistics. Candidates should be enthusiastic about travel and able to travel several times per year, including weekends when necessary.

The ideal candidate is college educated, self-motivated, positive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and common digital platforms, and a willingness to learn new systems are essential.

This position requires compliance with the Amarte's appearance and grooming policy, which includes limitations on visible body modifications (tattoos/facial piercings/ear gauges) while representing the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and shipment.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Office Tasks:

Assist with general office duties, including data entry, filing, and office organization.
Support the team in maintaining a well-functioning office environment.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.

Miscellaneous Property Management Tasks:

Oversee general maintenance and organization of office facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for property-related services.

Trade Show Representation:

Attend skin care-focused trade shows as a representative of Amarte Skin Care.
Assist in setting up and managing the company booth during events.

Social Media Tasks:

Work with the Social Media Coordinator to update social media accounts as needed.
Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond accordingly.

Travel:

Willingness to travel for trade shows and other business-related activities.

Qualifications:

College degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in operations, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Social media proficiency.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. as needed.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
