Now Hiring: P & C Sales Manager (Remote or In-Office) to Join a High-Performing Insurance Agency

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven P & C Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a team of insurance professionals. If you have a proven track record of building successful sales teams, driving performance, and coaching agents to exceed expectations, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation

$150,000 – $300,000+ annually

Our compensation package is designed to reward exceptional performance and leadership. Top-performing Sales Managers have the opportunity to earn well into this range through a competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

Position Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing insurance sales team.
Drive sales production while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Coach team members through one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Monitor sales metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize results.
Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team culture.
Work closely with executive leadership & HR to achieve organizational growth objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required).
Previous Sales Management experience (Required).
Demonstrated success leading and coaching sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
