We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our patient-focused dental team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from phone call through check-in and check-out. Our practice is built on communication, teamwork, and respect. Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression
Manage scheduling and daily flow using Open Dental
Handle check-in and check-out processes
Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
Verify insurance and assist with claims processing
Collect co-pays and explain basic financial information
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with the clinical team to support efficiency

Requirements

Prior dental or medical front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable multitasking in a busy but organized environment
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Open Dental experience is a plus
