Full Job Description

Flower City Glass is seeking a Contract Admin with Construction Payroll Experience to enter review and execute weekly payroll and administrate / manage all company benefit programs. Experience with Certified Payrolls for Prevailing Wage projects is required. Experience with Contract Management, Bid Documents, Product Submittals is preferred.

Primary Duties to include:

-Process Weekly payrolls for 60-80 employees & enter into Job costing system.

-Manage Company provided Benefit programs.

-Review and track all incoming and outgoing contracts.

-Gather and track project specific insurance certificats.

Requited abilities and knowledge: Must have an in depth understanding of Certified payrolls for prevailing wage projects, Experience with AIA contract forms and billing procedures. Proficient with MS Word & Excel, An understanding of NYS Use and Sales Tax. Experience With Computer Ease or other similar software packages.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
