Full Job Description

The Franklin Team is a leading real estate team based in Katy, Texas, dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. With a focus on integrity, professionalism, and innovation, we have built a reputation for excellence in the industry.

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations in our Katy office, a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where you will directly contribute to the success of a high-performing real estate team. This is a full time position with the days of work being Thursday through Monday.

Responsibilities

Manage Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including greeting and directing walk-ins, managing the company email and office phones, cleanliness, supplies, mail, deliveries, etc.
Lead Flow: Follow lead flow process as outlined in SOPs to ensure immediate entry and distribution of new leads into CRM.
Client and Vendor Relations: Manage Office Vendors/Service Providers, keeping information updated, and submitting requests/managing relationships as needed.
Closings: Maintain updated information regarding New Construction Closings, including date/time, and accurate contact information for Title Companies used.
General Office Support: Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage weekly Open House List: Create list each Monday, update with new information as received, including adding to MLS, team calendar, and managing requests for Open House collateral/flyer printing and communication with agents.
Onboarding: Manage Onboarding Process of new agents monthly, meeting all timelines as assigned, ordering collateral, providing office access, and assisting with requests from new agents as needed.
Showing Feedback: Request feedback from Buyer’s Agent within 24 hours of showing occurring, update ShowingTime once received.
Team Support: Assist with all requests from Agents and Team Members to ensure smooth office operation.
General Office Support: Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
