Full Job Description

PLEASE READ THIS TO THE END TO GAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO APPLY FOR THISJOB. FOLLOWING THESE DIRECTIONS IS IMPERATIVE TO BEING CALLED FOR AN INTERVIEW.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION - Please make sure that you are available the hours and days requested.

The position available is full-time for Monday through Friday from 7:45am-12pm & 1:45 pm-6:15 pm. Saturday mornings from 8:45am-11am. Monday meetings are conducted usually from 12-1pm and lunches are provided if you wish. There are several schedule possibilities that will be reviewed with candidates. New team member must also be flexible to alternate days and times. Total weekly hours will be 30-38, although flexibility to do more if necessary is critical. The schedule is set and does not change once set unless covering for a team member by agreement.

We are looking for an additional front of house receptionist for our busy Chiropractic office.

While all training will be provided on the job, we are interested in someone with a background in customer service and sales, proficiency in computers and phone communication. Spanish speaking is very important but not required. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and tasks simultaneously with a genuine smile! We are looking for a new team member who can provide outstanding customer service while creating a warm and professional environment. The position available has growth opportunities, and also requires a lot of growth, quickly. While it is a fairly simple job it requires lots of smiles and coordination of moving parts. I worked as a barista previously and think it was the perfect prep experience for this position. If you get overwhelmed easily this may not be the best position for you. Being the front-line man means being the first impression of our office and we take it very seriously. The right fit will be someone with a cheerful disposition, self-starter, punctual, and can put others first. Tasks include answering phone, computer scheduling and processing, rooming patients, and assisting in financial arrangements, all with a smile on your face no matter how crazy it gets. We do hand write alot of patient information here, so neat handwriting is imperative. The team member we're looking for will add energy, focus and vision to our office, while our team will instill health, wellness, and overall management and growth to the team member, helping them to both succeed in their career choice as well as their life. Our team member will also benefit from free Chiropractic services, and being surrounded by a healthy and vibrant environment.
