Solar Sales Representatives Wanted!

Are you experienced in sales or door-to-door? Or just want to get into sales ?

Position: Commission-Only Sales Representative

*Note: This is a commission-only position. If you're looking for a base salary, this isn't the right fit.

We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated people who want to get paid what their time is actually worth. Our method involves door knocking paired with a seasoned closer, ensuring a win-win scenario for everyone involved. Our mission is to elevate the Solar Industry by fostering a no-pressure, win-win culture for both our sales reps and the homeowners we serve.

What to Expect:

- Door Knocking: This role involves door knocking, which can be challenging but highly rewarding. I had no prior door-to-door experience and earned over six figures in my first year.

In this growing market, homeowners are increasingly open to switching to solar energy, and we need dedicated individuals to help them make the transition.

- Commission Structure: Earn up to 50% commission on each installed appointment, potentially ranging from $3,000 to $8,000 per install. The average setter makes $10,000 to $15,000 per month. Additionally, we pay $100 per appointment you set up, regardless of whether it closes, with extra cash bonuses for closed deals for new recruits.

Role Snapshot:

- Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings at our Grover Beach office 3 days a week.

- Field Work: Engage in setting or closing appointments 5-6 days a week.
