We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity.
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
Support office management by scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Demonstrated experience in clerical work, data entry, filing, and proofreading for accuracy.
Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
Prior experience as a receptionist—dental or medical—along with personal assistant responsibilities or office experience is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
