About Us

Novadontics is a dental technology company and the world’s first all-in-one practice management platform for general and implant dentistry. Our innovative software helps dental practices streamline operations and improve patient care.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to support client onboarding, administrative operations, and software coordination. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with dental office experience and an interest in technology.

Responsibilities

Onboard and train new software users
Serve as the main point of contact for customer support
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide administrative support to the CEO
Conduct Zoom demonstrations of software features (training provided)
Assist with software testing and quality improvement
Support accounts payable tasks
Perform system checks and communication testing

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of dental front office experience (management experience not required)
Excellent communication and patient service skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Comfortable learning and using new software systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (part time position also available)
