Full Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to the numbers, improving processes, and being a key contributor to a collaborative accounting team!

If you are logical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your accounting skills, this could be a great long-term fit!

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, posting payments, credit memos, and customer account reconciliation
Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and work professionally with customers to resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and balancing the books
Accurately enter and maintain financial data within Sage accounting software
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, and operations) to ensure accurate billing and revenue tracking
Partner with leadership and teammates to apply feedback, refine workflows, and continuously improve accounting processes
Provide support for audits, reporting, and general accounting functions as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable required
Experience with Billing & Collections is preferred
Must have experience with SAGE software
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of accounting principles
Demonstrated ability to receive feedback with a track record of learning, adapting, and working collaboratively with others
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must pass background check and drug test

Schedule:

Monday - Friday
8 AM – 5 PM

Pay Rate:

$25 - $32/Hour
