Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team at Itoh Denki USA, Inc. , a leading manufacturer of electronic motors for the material handling industry. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance administrative efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service. As an Office Assistant, you will be another friendly face of our organization, managing front desk responsibilities at times and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive and welcoming environment.

Duties

Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
Perform general clerical duties, including mail, fax, scan & shred.
Reconcile weekly expense reports.
Responsible for handling the credit reference process.
Perform office duties as assigned by Professional Staff.
Receipt invoices for inventory.
Provide administrative support to various departments by assisting with personal assistant tasks and office management duties.
Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and office management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literacy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Strong customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
Regular & reliable attendance is essential. Needs to come to work in the office.
Ability to manage time efficiently while prioritizing responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.
40 hours per week, but over time as necessary.
