Full Job Description

We’re Hiring: Administrative & Operations Coordinator

Eb Flo Coffeehouse is looking for an organized, dependable, and experienced Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on café operations position. You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the café, working alongside the team, serving guests, helping during busy periods, and making sure daily operations run smoothly.

Approximately 70% of the position will be working in and supporting daily café operations, while about 30% will focus on administrative and behind-the-scenes responsibilities, including payroll, accounting, ordering, inventory, scheduling, and other computer based tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable doing both sides of the job, someone who can jump in and help run a busy café, but is also organized, good with numbers and computers, and able to take ownership of important administrative responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

Process and review payroll
Assist with accounting and bookkeeping
Manage product and supply ordering
Track and maintain inventory
Create and update employee schedules
Handle administrative and computer-based tasks
Help troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues
Communicate with vendors and team members when needed
Keep records, systems, and operational information organized
Work closely with the owner and management team
Occasionally assist with café operations when needed

Experience We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant or café experience is required, ideally with experience as a manager, assistant manager, shift leader, or someone who has been involved in running restaurant operations.

You do not need extensive office, accounting, or corporate administrative experience.

We can train you on our specific systems and processes. What is most important to us is that you:

Understand how a restaurant or café operates
Are comfortable working on a computer
Are organized and detail-oriented
Are comfortable with numbers
Learn new systems quickly
Have strong problem-solving skills
Can work independently and follow through on responsibilities
Communicate well with management and team members
Are reliable and looking for a long-term position

Pay & Benefits

First 3 months: $20+/hour including tips
After 3 months: $23+/hour including tips
Compensation reviewed again after 6 months based on performance and responsibilities
