Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Business Administrator to join our team and drive operational excellence at CPL Ventures. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of business processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fostering business development, and enhancing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for optimizing business functions to support growth and success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving company environment while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily business operations, including administrative functions, team coordination, and process improvements
Analyze financial data using Excel to generate reports, monitor budgets, and support financial planning efforts
Maintain excellent client communication through professional correspondence, meetings, and customer service interactions
Supervise and support team members with payroll, administration of benefits, and questions on company policies
Coordinate full cycle recruiting processes to attract top talent for various departments
Manage office functions such as scheduling, document preparation using Microsoft Word, and record keeping

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis and report generation
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
Technical proficiency in managing business processes, corporate research, and using relevant software tools
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in full cycle recruiting or managing business operations teams is preferred
