Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (US-based, Greater LA Area strongly preferred, candidates must be available for occasional in-person work as needed )
Employment Type: Full-time
Company: MEANTIO LLC
About Us
MEANTIO LLC is a US-based content and technology company focused on the global short drama space. We operate Meantio, a short drama sharing platform built on a simple belief: every story is meant to be seen.
Our platform connects creators and audiences worldwide through original short-form content, AI-powered creation tools, and a vibrant community. As we scale our US presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond, we‘re looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive localized campaigns that grow our brand and user base.
The Role
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for the US market. You‘ll own localized campaign strategy, brand building, influencer partnerships, and social media operations — with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You’ll work across content, design, and product teams to execute campaigns that resonate with American audiences, from concept to analysis. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands US internet culture, short-form video trends, and what makes content stop the scroll — all while working remotely with a collaborative, distributed team.
What You‘ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to US viewing habits, holidays, and trending short drama genres. Own the full project lifecycle from ideation to post-campaign performance analysis.
Brand & Social Media Management – Manage Meantio’s official US social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and etc.). Develop content calendars, publish engaging posts, respond to comments and DMs, and cultivate a localized brand voice that builds community and drives engagement.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships – Source, vet, and maintain long-term relationships with US-based short drama creators and influencers. Coordinate asset delivery, campaign execution, and performance tracking to ensure measurable ROI.
Content Production – Edit platform clips optimized for US social algorithms, craft authentic English copy, proofread subtitles, and design social covers, campaign posters, and promotional visuals aligned with American aesthetic preferences.
Market Research & Analytics – Track US short drama trends, competitor tactics, and audience preferences. Analyze KPIs including reach, views, follower growth, and conversion rates, and provide data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies.
What We‘re Looking For
Required:
Native or native-equivalent English proficiency with deep familiarity with US internet culture, social media platform rules, and local user behavior.
Basic video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva). Portfolio strongly preferred.
Experience using AI tools for copywriting, content generation, and workflow efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a remote work environment.
Comfortable working across time zones — you‘ll collaborate with team members based in different regions, requiring flexibility in scheduling and asynchronous communication. Candidates based in the Greater Los Angles Area are strongly preferred.
Preferred:
1-3 years of experience in US social media marketing, influencer management, or short-form video/content marketing.
Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Knowledge of the short drama or short-form video industry.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to US market growth metrics
Full US-compliant employee benefits package
Fully remote role with flexible working hours —we care about output, not clock-watching. That said, this isn't a "set it and forget it" remote role: you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves for on-the-ground work when required, including coordinating with partners, managing influencer relationships, and supporting event activations.
Flat, collaborative team culture with direct communication and no rigid hierarchy
Opportunity to shape the US brand presence of a fast-growing global short drama platform
Work directly with a distributed team across the US and international markets
Build meaningful relationships with creators, influencers, and content partners
Hands-on experience at the intersection of AI tools, short-form video, and creator economy
Room to experiment, test new ideas, and see your campaigns directly impact user growth
