Job Summary

What You'll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality and consistency our guests expect.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare menu items according to Steve's Hot Dogs recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
Assist with food prep, cooking, stocking, and cleaning throughout each shift.
Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop your skills.
Help create a ROCK STAR experience for every guest.
Support our mission of giving back through our Feed the People program.
Take initiative, remain coachable, and look for opportunities to grow within the company.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum 1*-2 years of cooking experience.*
Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
Ability to work both day and evening shifts.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
