Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! We're looking for someone to help with day to day tasks in our small business. This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

Answering phones and helping customers in person
Using Quickbooks and Excel for basic office work
Bookkeeping
Must know how to write a check
Filing and keeping paperwork organized
Helping keep the office organized and running smoothly

What we're looking for:

Someone responsible and reliable
Comfortable talking to people on the phone and in person
Basic computer skills (QuickBooks experience preferred)
Experience is preferred, but not required - we are willing to train the right person

Details:

No Weekends
Pay is negotiable depending on experience
Weekly Pay
