Full Job Description

Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (approximately 22 hours per week)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy hospitality business. This position plays a vital role in keeping the office running efficiently by managing administrative tasks, assisting with financial processes, supporting new employee onboarding, and serving as a primary point of communication for guests, vendors, and staff.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Manage and organize company email communications.
Process accounts payable, including invoice entry and vendor correspondence.
Prepare and reconcile daily deposits.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including paperwork and documentation.
Maintain employee files and administrative records.
Assist with scheduling, filing, scanning, copying, and other general office duties.
Run occasional business-related errands, including bank deposits and supply pickups.
Support ownership and management with administrative projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company and employee information.

Qualifications

Previous office administration or administrative assistant experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.
Experience with hospitality platforms such as Toast and OpenTable is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
Reliable transportation for occasional business errands.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
