Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing bagels and a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bagels and baked goods such as pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust recipes as needed
- Decorate pastries and desserts to enhance their appearance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Knowledge of food industry best practices and techniques
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and mixers
- Familiarity with pastry and dessert preparation
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations

Preferred Skills:
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Previous experience working in a bakery or pastry shop

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
