About Us

We are a community-focused functional fitness facility dedicated to improving life outside the gym. Our mission is to deliver high-quality coaching rooted strictly in CrossFit as a health and longevity methodology, rather than a sport. We prioritize movement mechanics, safety, and personal connection over cheerleading and competition.Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable, engaging, and dedicated Part-Time CrossFit Coach. This role is ideal for a professional who loves teaching and wants to grow with us. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Functional Movement: Focus heavily on instructing, correcting, and refining mechanics.
Scale Effectively: Adapt and scale workouts seamlessly for a wide range of athletic abilities.
Engage the Community: Build authentic, conversational relationships with members before and after class.
Coach Diverse Demographics: Confidently lead and support our senior athletes and masters community.
Maintain Gym Standards: Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Position Requirements

Certification: Active CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) credential or higher.
Methodology Focus: Strong alignment with CrossFit as a health tool, not just a sport.
Coaching Style: Highly technical and educational, focusing on movement correction rather than "cheerleading."
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally relatable, conversational, and empathetic.
Education: A college degree is considered a strong asset/plus.
