Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is vital in crafting engaging content, managing social media, and fostering meaningful relationships with our audience and partners. You will harness your creativity and strategic thinking to develop compelling visuals, videos, and written content that resonate with diverse audiences. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting and timely responses
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity for strategic adjustments
Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for visibility on search engines and social platforms
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
Coordinate with public relations teams to manage branding efforts and enhance relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising to boost reach and conversions while tracking ROI
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video editing, e-commerce integration, and social media marketing tools

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
Demonstrated ability in content creation across multiple formats including photography, video editing, graphic design, and copywriting
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro or other video editing software), as well as social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or similar channels
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
Knowledge of branding strategies within digital marketing environments; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in all published content
