Accrual Equity Partners is a growing private equity firm specializing in service-based automotive businesses. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Arizona who wants to own marketing measurement and optimization from end to end—not just manage campaigns.

We want to know exactly what our marketing is worth. That's your job.

You'll own marketing measurement and optimization from the first click or phone call all the way through to revenue across every location and every marketing channel we operate.

If you've ever been frustrated that you couldn't prove what your marketing actually drove, this is the role where you finally can. The data and systems support are in place; what we're missing is the marketing mind to make sense of it and continuously improve the numbers.

Website, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, paid media, phone calls, walk-ins—across multiple locations. All of it is yours to measure, analyze, and improve.

You'll have the data access, reporting tools, and technical support needed to build the dashboards and attribution systems you believe should exist. No fighting for resources. No waiting in line.

Your Work Is Highly Visible

You'll become the person who can finally answer the question:

"What's our marketing actually driving?"

Leadership will rely on your insights to make strategic business decisions.

You'll help determine where marketing dollars are invested and see the direct impact your decisions have on business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:

Design how we measure marketing performance from first touch through closed revenue.
Define lead-source taxonomy, conversion events, and attribution models.
Solve the offline attribution challenge by implementing call tracking and offline conversion tracking that connects phone calls and walk-in customers back to their marketing source.
Manage and optimize:
Google Ads
Local Services Ads (LSA)
Google Business Profiles
Paid Social campaigns
Continuously lower Cost Per Lead while improving lead quality and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Build executive dashboards that clearly communicate:
ROAS
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost Per Lead
Channel performance
Location performance
Partner closely with our creative team, using data to identify what's working so successful campaigns can be scaled.
Provide clear recommendations that improve marketing performance across every location.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has successfully measured and optimized lead-generation marketing, particularly for local, multi-location, or service-based businesses where conversions happen through phone calls, forms, appointments, or walk-in traffic—not online shopping carts.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience optimizing lead-generation marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing attribution and the customer journey from lead through closed sale.
Experience connecting marketing sources through CRM or POS systems to accurately measure ROI.
Hands-on expertise with:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Experience with call tracking platforms such as:
CallRail
WhatConverts
Similar tracking software
Ability to translate marketing objectives into technical tracking requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, these skills are highly valued:

E-commerce marketing experience and strong ROAS optimization discipline
Multi-location Google Business Profile management
Local Services Ads (LSA) experience
SQL or experience working directly with marketing data

Success in this role means building a marketing measurement system leadership trusts.

You'll confidently answer questions like:

Which channels generate the highest-quality leads?
Which locations are producing the strongest return?
Where should we invest additional marketing dollars?
What is our true customer acquisition cost?

Your work will directly influence marketing strategy, budget allocation, and business growth across our portfolio.
