Talent Acquisition Analyst

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Manager

FLSA Status : Exempt

Location: Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Analyst provides hands-on administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition & HR Compliance Manager, with a primary focus on employee records management, offer letter preparation, full-cycle recruitment and ensuring effective recruitment strategies by adhering to all federal and state employment laws.

Core Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

· Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable talent acquisition strategies and processes.

· Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to define role requirements, success factors, and sourcing strategies.

· Manage job posting, sourcing, resume reviews, pre-screens, and interviews coordination.

· Extend offers, manage negotiations, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

· Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection.

· Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and drive process improvements.

· Other duties as assigned.

Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integration Support:

· Support HR due diligence efforts related to talent acquisition, employee relations risks, and compliance gaps.

· Assist with recruiting integration, onboarding, and workforce transition planning for acquired entities.

· Provides employee relations guidance and support during organizational transitions.

· Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance standards post-acquisition.

Offer Letters & Onboarding:

· Prepare and distribute offer letters in accordance with approved templates and compensation guidelines.

· Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding documentation.

· Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up accurately and timely.

· Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred
3-5 years of progressive HR or Talent Acquisition experience with strong focus in recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.
Experience in hospice, home health, or multi-site healthcare organizations preferred.
Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR experience a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

· Ability to sit or stand at a desk working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.

· Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.

· Work performed Full-Time Office Based.

· Regular interaction with employees, leadership, and external partners.
