Full Job Description

Green Relief Health is a growing medical spa and wellness practice seeking a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Specialist to join our team.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping patients, and is comfortable discussing memberships, promotions, and aesthetic services.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and create an exceptional first impression
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally
Schedule and manage appointments
Assist patients with memberships and service packages
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support patient retention and follow-up efforts
Assist with marketing initiatives and social media tasks as needed
Coordinate with providers to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in service based industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Desire to work as a team and inspire innovation.
Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and promotions
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience in a medical office, spa, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality setting preferred
Experience with scheduling software and electronic records preferred

As a Front Desk Specialist, it's your responsibility to help keep memberships current while providing excellent customer service.
