Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and project management, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that drive engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscape.
Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients.

Experience

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic planning experience, with a focus on long-term growth initiatives.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Bachelor's Degree Required.
