Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic in Honolulu,HI. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of dental practice management. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Oversee scheduling, patient records management, and appointment confirmations.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure high-quality patient care and effective communication.
Handle financial management tasks, including AR, collections, and insurance verification.
Maintain accurate medical records
Implement managed care policies and procedures to optimize clinic performance.
Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Develop and implement office policies to improve operational efficiency.
