Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Director of Culinary to lead our culinary operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management across diverse dining environments. Your leadership will inspire culinary excellence, ensure impeccable food safety standards, and elevate the guest experience through innovative cuisine and exceptional service. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise culinary teams across multiple departments, including fine dining, catering, banquet services, and dietary accommodations.
Develop and execute creative menus that align with brand standards while incorporating current food trends and dietary needs.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
Manage inventory control, food cost analysis, and procurement processes to optimize resources and reduce waste.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, sanitation standards, and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
Coordinate shift management, staff scheduling, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled culinary team.
Collaborate with management on budget planning, cost control initiatives, and strategic planning for culinary growth.
