Our goals are to preserve trees when possible, remove trees when necessary, leave a clean job site, and keep a satisfied customer. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused ISA Certified Tree Arborist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in tree care, pruning, removals, and diagnosing tree health issues. You will work with a crew to maintain, trim, and remove trees, ensuring safety for both people and property while preserving natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, cabling, bracing, and removals using professional climbing or aerial lift techniques
Identify tree diseases, pests, and structural problems and recommend appropriate solutions
Operate and maintain tools such as chainsaws, chippers, climbing gear, and aerial lifts
Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times, especially when working near power lines or on elevated platforms
Communicate with team members and clients about job expectations and safety measures
Keep accurate records of work performed and report on job site activity
Follow all ANSI and OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Support cleanup of job sites, including brush and debris removal

Qualifications:

1–3+ years of experience as a Tree Climber or Arborist preferred
Certified Arborist (ISA) or willingness to obtain certification is required
Ability to climb trees using ropes and harnesses or operate an aerial lift
Strong knowledge of tree species, growth habits, and common diseases/pests
Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Familiarity with operating a bucket truck is advantageous.
