Full-Time Infant Nanny | Kirkland, WA | 40–50 Hours/Week | $62k–$91k/year

Start Date: Late December 2026 – Early January 2027

Schedule: 40–50 guaranteed hours per week, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM

Compensation: $30–$35/hour DOE

A warm, welcoming family in Kirkland is seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for their infant son, who is due in late September. They are looking for a long-term caregiver who is passionate about infant development and excited to become a trusted partner in supporting their growing family.

The family values open communication and hopes to find someone who is warm, dependable, and professional while building a positive, collaborative relationship with both parents. They appreciate a nanny who is confident in infant care, enjoys supporting developmental milestones, and is happy to follow the family's parenting preferences.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care, including feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, tummy time, and age-appropriate developmental activities.
Support the baby's growth and developmental milestones through engaging, nurturing care.
Take the baby on stroller walks and enjoy outdoor time when weather permits.
Assist with introducing solid foods when developmentally appropriate, including preparing simple purees.
Complete child-related household tasks, including baby laundry, washing and sanitizing bottles, and keeping nursery and baby areas tidy.
Maintain open communication with the parents regarding daily routines, milestones, and developmental progress.
Provide transportation for the child as needed when they are older (reliable vehicle required; mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications:

Extensive professional newborn and infant care experience.
Current infant CPR and First Aid certification.
Current COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
Dependable, organized, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable following the family's parenting approach and adapting as their child's needs evolve.
