Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory through accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics.

Duties

Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and process orders efficiently.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct inventory counts and manage stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels across all storage locations.
Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and support international trade regulations when applicable.

Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
Strong data entry skills coupled with excellent attention to detail for order fulfillment and record keeping.
Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
