Bullseye is looking for an Implementation & Customer Success Coordinator to help onboard new clients, launch marketing programs, and ensure customers are successful using our software platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain experience in SaaS, customer success, digital marketing, and project coordination. We'll teach you our platform—you bring the curiosity, organization, and drive to learn.

Bullseye provides software that helps manufacturers and national brands connect customers with local dealers and service providers. Our platform powers dealer locators, lead generation, dealer profiles, and marketing programs for companies across North America.

We're a growing software company where you'll have the opportunity to work directly with leadership, learn new skills, and make a meaningful impact from day one.

What You'll Do

You'll become the quarterback for new client implementations, helping ensure projects stay organized and launch successfully.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate onboarding projects for new clients
Gather information and requirements from customers
Configure client settings within the Bullseye platform
Review dealer profiles and marketing content for accuracy
Track project tasks and deadlines
Schedule meetings and communicate project updates
Work closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving
Assist with customer training and onboarding sessions
Help monitor customer adoption and engagement after launch
Identify ways to improve our implementation process

Enjoys helping customers succeed
Communicates professionally in writing and over video calls
Pays attention to details
Takes initiative and follows through
Likes solving problems and figuring things out
Can manage several projects at the same time

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
0–3 years of professional experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to learn new software quickly

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

Customer service or customer success
Marketing or digital marketing
CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Project coordination
Website content management
Analytics or reporting
