Full Job Description

Job Summary
TriMavin Appraisal Management Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to support our appraisal order management operations. This role is responsible for managing appraisal assignments from order intake through report delivery, coordinating with independent appraisers, and ensuring service level expectations are met for our lending clients.

The ideal candidate has experience in appraisal management or vendor coordination and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication, follow-up, and problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage appraisal orders from intake through completion while ensuring service level timelines are met.

· Review incoming orders for accuracy and confirm required property and loan details prior to assignment.

· Communicate directly with independent appraisers to confirm acceptance, inspection scheduling, and report delivery timelines.

· Conduct consistent follow ups with appraisers to ensure timely completion of assignments.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.

· Conduct regular vendor outreach via phone calls and written communication to build strong working relationships.

· Provide proactive updates on order progress and communicate any delays or concerns.

· Maintain professional and responsive communication with internal teams and external partners.

· Assist with fee collection processes when required.

· Follow internal escalation procedures for difficult assignments and concerns.

· Demonstrate strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems.

Required Qualifications:

· 2+ years experience in appraisal coordination

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Comfortable making frequent phone calls to clients, vendors and internal staff.

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to manage a high volume of orders simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently while reporting directly to the VP of Operations Manager.

Preferred Qualification:

· Experience working within an AMC, lender, or appraisal department.

· Knowledge of appraisal processes.

· Experience coordinating vendors or independent contractors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
