Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Account Manager & PPC Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller account while executing high-impact pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns. Your expertise will drive e-commerce growth, enhance product visibility, and maximize return on advertising spend. Duties

Manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts to improve product rankings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Develop, implement, and monitor PPC campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
Utilize web analytics tools such as Helium10, Google Analytics and web analytics reporting to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Maintain detailed records of campaign performance metrics using spreadsheets and pivot tables; prepare regular reports on metric performance analytics.
PPC Management: Full lifecycle creation, execution, optimization, and scaling of Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Launch & Organic Growth: Execute product launch strategies, maximize keyword indexing, and drive ASINs to the top of organic search results.
Customer & Buyer Messaging: Manage customer service inside Seller Central, including responding promptly to buyer-seller messages, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining optimal account health ratings.
Algorithm Mastery: Leverage the Amazon A10 algorithm and optimize listing factors to secure and maintain the Buy Box.
Analytics & Metrics: Track, report, and optimize key metrics including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and paid-to-organic sales ratios.
Budgeting: Plan, allocate, and adjust advertising budgets to achieve target profitability.
Account Operations: Daily hands-on management in Seller Central, performance tracking, and data-driven reporting.

Requirements (Mandatory):

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and account management (must be actively managing Amazon accounts).
Certifications: Official Certification in E-Commerce / Amazon Ads (Required).
Language: Fluent English.
Algorithm Expertise: Deep comprehension of Amazon’s A10 algorithm, Buy Box mechanics, and keyword indexing dynamics.
Organic Strategy: Proven track record of leveraging PPC campaigns to boost organic ranking and long-term search visibility.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with fluency in ACoS, TACoS, CVR, and CTR optimization.
Tools: Proficiency with industry software (e.g., Helium 10)
Expertise in keyword research techniques and tools to identify high-value search terms for paid search marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights using spreadsheets and pivot tables.

Work Conditions:

Format: 100% Remote / Online.
Schedule: Hourly-based schedule (flexible/part-time to full-time availability depending on project workload),
5 days a week (Monday–Friday; Weekends off).
Compensation: Hourly rate + performance-based bonuses (commensurate with experience, discussed during the interview).

Pay: From $1,000.00 per month
