Experienced Dental Office Manager / Treatment CoordinatorDowntown Phoenix, AZ | Immediate Opening

$22–$30+ per hour DOE | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Our established and growing dental practice in Downtown Phoenix is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to oversee front office operations, maximize schedule efficiency, increase treatment acceptance, and create an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily front office operations and team performance
Present treatment plans and financial options confidently and professionally
Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
Increase case acceptance through effective patient communication
Manage scheduling to optimize production and provider efficiency
Maintain productive hygiene schedules and patient retention programs
Follow up on unscheduled treatment, recare appointments, and outstanding balances
Collect patient payments and support collections efforts
Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software
Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to achieve practice goals

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dental office management, treatment coordinator, or dental leadership experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, PPO plans, and billing procedures
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
Proven success with scheduling, collections, and patient retention
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dental environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar dental software
Bilingual English/Spanish
Demonstrated success increasing production, collections, and treatment acceptance

Compensation

$22.00–$30.00+ per hour based on experience, leadership background, and dental management expertise
