Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a friendly and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position does handle alcohol so you must be 18+ years of age.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take accurately take their food and beverage orders.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Ability to handle POS systems, Cash and Credit Card Transactions
Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques in a restaurant.
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to food safety guidelines.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers.
Previous experience in food service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
