Epic Certified Application Analyst – Tapestry (Intermediate / Senior / Expert) – Remote

About the Role
We are seeking Intermediate, Senior, and Expert Epic Certified Application Analysts to join our growing healthcare IT team. This is a 100% remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
Our primary preference is for professionals with Epic Tapestry certification and hands-on experience. However, we also welcome candidates who hold active Epic certifications in other Epic modules and have strong experience in application support, implementation, optimization, upgrades, and production support.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Epic professionals who enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex application challenges, and supporting enterprise-wide Epic initiatives. Successful candidates will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Epic applications while helping healthcare organizations improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications to support business and operational needs.
- Analyze existing workflows and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and implement application enhancements.
- Support Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and ongoing maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while providing ongoing application support.
- Perform system validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Participate in project planning, system upgrades, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Epic solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Epic standards, organizational policies, and healthcare industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Certification in at least one Epic application.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with Epic application configuration, implementation, optimization, testing, upgrades, and production support.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic application lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working directly with business users, operational leaders, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred QualificationsEpic Tapestry Certification (Highly Preferred)

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
