Innovative ABA-based assessment and treatment practices, including Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and science-based treatment frameworks

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to children and individuals with special needs
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards
Stay current with research and best practices in ABA and special education

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Eligible to begin or currently enrolled in BCBA supervised fieldwork
Commitment to completing supervision hours and sitting for the BCBA exam
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
