Full Job Description

Come join the Cresco-Resco Restaurant Equipment & Supply team as Bookkeeper/HR Administrator. Cresco-Resco is a multioutlet retail store, in business for over 45+ years. The company's corporate headquarters are in Fresno. Cresco-Resco is looking to hire an individual with bookkeeping experience, for full-time employment. Applicant's should have strong organization and communication skills, as well as service experience, to assist our associates and customers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Accounts Receivable: · Manage and oversee the complete accounts receivable process · Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner · Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances · Process customer payments and apply to appropriate accounts · Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues · Prepare aging reports and communicate collection status to management · Maintain accurate customer account records

Accounts Payable (Operating Expense Vendors): · Process and verify invoices from operating expense vendors (utilities, rent, services, supplies, etc.) · Ensure proper coding and approval of all vendor invoices · Schedule and execute timely vendor payments to maintain positive relationships · Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies · Maintain organized vendor files and payment records · Track and manage payment terms to optimize cash flow · Complete credit applications with vendors

Additional Responsibilities: · Cash receipts oversight · Maintenance of general ledger accounts · Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting · Review, support, and correct daily closeout reporting at each location · Assist with bank reconciliation · Perform manual inventory counts · Correspond and support company CFO and CPA · Answering phone calls and emails including responding/resolving customer inquiries

Experience · Bookkeeping (5+ years) · Accounts Receivable management experience (required) · Accounts Payable experience with operating expense vendors (required)· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google · Netsuite ERP Software Experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
