We’re looking for an experienced Contract Associate Trainer to join our growing team and deliver impactful, engaging training to our clients - both onsite and remotely -in Horry, Georgetown, and Williamsburg counties. This is an "as needed" position, with no guarantee of contract hours or trainings.

MUST be a subject matter expert in harassment (sexual and discriminatory), employment law, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

Deliver onsite and virtual HR and compliance training sessions to employees and leaders across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, professional services, nonprofits).
Facilitate engaging, informative training on topics such as:
Harassment and discrimination prevention (employee + leadership sessions)
Employment law basics for managers (FMLA, ADA, wage & hour, etc.)
Interviewing
Coaching & Corrective Action
Leadership and supervisory development
Customize content and tone to suit each client’s culture while maintaining legal compliance.
Provide post-training support (e.g., Q&A sessions, documentation, feedback summaries).
Represent Sabeza HR’s values and brand with professionalism, clarity, and approachability.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of federal and South Carolina employment laws
Demonstrated experience facilitating workplace training, especially to frontline supervisors, managers, and general staff
Comfortable delivering difficult content (e.g., harassment prevention, retaliation) in a clear, confident, and respectful manner
Skilled at connecting with varied audiences—from plant floor employees to executive leadership
Tech-savvy and comfortable with setting up and troubleshooting PowerPoint presentations, virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams), and basic AV equipment
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and represent our firm professionally in client settings
Access to reliable transportation for onsite training within assigned counties
Bonus if you’ve worked in HR, training, or compliance consulting with small businesses or manufacturing clients

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, or Compliance
Proven experience conducting live trainings (in person and via Zoom/Teams)
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred but not required
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Ability to handle sensitive topics with confidence and neutrality
