CEO is the founder of WorkSTEPS and this facility is the lead clinic for over a thousand clinics in all 50 states! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our professional staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and enjoy working free of drama with a fabulous, lhighly supportive faculty. New grads welcome in this great learning environment! Twenty minutes from Midland International Airport!

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and progress.
Provide hands-on therapy treatments with innovative equipment, a senior mentor, and support staff for all musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Learn streamlined functional testing from the most experienced clinic in the U.S. with the largest test database in the world and many peer review published studies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and discharge planning.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR system.
Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques to enhance service delivery.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
Proficiency in medical terminology related to rehabilitation and patient care.
Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and patient management systems.
Ability to develop effective care plans that address diverse patient needs across various age groups.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
